The room was clean, with a very big bathroom and an impressive wide mirror. The comfortable bed and easy temperature control added to my satisfaction.

First, the sound insulation is concerning!!! It's a challenge to find privacy with neighbors' conversations filtering through. Secondly, the gym facilities are a real letdown, offering minimal equipment in a cramped space!!!

Had a great time with friends exploring this fantastic city. We visited the beautiful old town and the impressive Lviv Opera House. The place was clean and staff friendly, and the breakfast had plenty of options. Don’t miss the cozy restaurant with jazz music!

They have a special touch for families like offering free meals for kids which makes it easier on the wallet. The staff was really helpful when we arrived, they helped park the car and even carried our bags, which felt good after a long drive.

It’s frustrating when basic amenities are not provided, particularly at night.
